Q) How should I check in?
Check-in is a non-face-to-face self-check-in.
After making your reservation, we will send you a URL to access your room. Please be sure to download it before coming to your room.
Q) レイトチェックアウトはできますか？
次のお客様のために清掃する必要があるため、お受けできません。チェックアウトの時間には十分注意してください。チェックアウト時間を過ぎた場合、1時間あたり5,000円が請求される場合があります。
Q) Can I have a late check-out?
We cannot accept your order because it needs to be cleaned for the next customer. Please pay close attention to the check-out time. If you check out after the check-out time, you may be charged JPY 5,000 per hour.
Q) チェックアウト後の荷物預かり荷物の保管はできますか？
チェックアウト後の荷物預かり荷物の保管はお受けできません。
Q) Can I leave my luggage at the accommodation after checking out?

Q) 手ぶらでBBQできますか？
はい。
BBQ食材手配をご注文いただいたお客様は、基本的には手ぶらでお楽しみいただけます。
食材持ち込みや飲食物の持込みは可能となっております。
※建物内にもビール・ワインの無人販売を行っております。
BBQ機材使用後はプレートを外していただき水に付けていただくようご協力お願い致します。
また、燃えるゴミ・燃えないゴミの分別のご協力お願い致します。

コースご利用のお客様でも食材のお持込みは可能です。

Q) Can I bring in ingredients even if I have ordered the BBQ plan?
Even customers using the course can bring their own food.

Q) BBQは、雨天の場合はどうすれば良いですか？
当施設の屋上テラスは屋根がなく、雨をしのぐことは出来ません。
キャンセルする場合は2日前までにお願いします。
前日以降のキャンセルのご返金は致しかねます。
Q) What should I do in case of rain?
You can't keep out the rain.
Also, if you want to cancel, please do so by the 2days before.

Q) BBQは、当日でも利用できますか？
いいえ。
前日までにご予約頂くようお願い致します。
※ご利用は5名様以上からとなります。
※ただし、BBQ機材の貸出しは、￥6,500お支払頂けたら当日でもご利用可能です。

Q) BBQのキャンセル料はかかりますか？
キャンセルはご利用日時の3日前までにご連絡ください。
それ以降のキャンセルはキャンセル料金100％頂戴致します。
キャンセル料のお支払いは、予約時にご登録いただいたクレジットカードから、
又は当店が指定する口座へお振込みで（振込手数料はご負担いただきます）お支払いいただきます。

Q) Is there a cancellation fee?

ご宿泊中のお客様であればチェックアウト時間までご利用いただけます。

Q) BBQは、利用中に悪天候になった場合はどうなるのでしょうか？
現地にスタッフはおりませんので、お客様ご自身でBBQグリルを施設内にお入れいただき、中止するようお願いします。
ご利用の途中に悪天候などで施設の運営が困難となった場合でも、
返金対応、再利用保証などはいたしかねます。あらかじめご了承ください。
Q) What happens if the weather turns bad during use?
